Wat ga je doen?

Your role involves ensuring the smooth operation of outbound logistics and managing all related tasks effectively.

Work Schedule:

Full-time employment, operating Monday to Friday with a two-shift rotation on a weekly basis.

Week 1: 06:00 AM to 15:00 PM 

Week 2: 15:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight) 

Weekend Commitment: Required twice a month, with availability on either Saturday or Sunday. 

Hourly Wage: €14.08 Gross, excluding Evening and Weekend Shift Allowances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all picking locations and ensure orderliness in picking processes.
• Prioritize picking tasks based on requests and provide necessary reports.
• Manage and monitor action lists, distribute tasks to pickers, and fix any picking errors.
• Escalate issues when needed and rotate roles in the Outbound department.
• Act as a key point of contact for Support Customer Service and various ASML departments.
• Participate in various meetings to ensure alignment and process efficiency.
  
  
• Criteria:
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes.
  • Proficiency in English (level B), both spoken and written.
  • Ability to read and perform calculations in English.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Solid knowledge of warehouse management systems and company products.

Wie ben je?

• Experience or certification with Electric Pallet Trucks (EPT) and Stackers is desirable but not mandatory. 
• Prior experience in a warehouse setting is preferred. 
• Strong organizational abilities, effective time management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, are required.
•  Excellent communication skills in English are essential. A keen eye for detail, adaptability, and a strong focus on accuracy are important. 
• Availability on weekends is required. 
• A willingness to receive training for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) is necessary.
• Physical endurance is crucial, as the role involves extended periods of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
