As an Operations Analyst, you will oversee our current and future operations to provide advice on potential adjustments and improvements. You analyze their end-to-end processes and the associated data. You translate this data into insights that provide both solicited and unsolicited advice to the management team.
Responsibilities:
- You help visualize the performance of our end-to-end processes by using or improving existing solutions, or by creating new dashboards at various levels within the organization.
- Identify issues in the end-to-end process, whether noticed through a business inquiry, revealed by our business results, or proactively signaled by you.
- Investigate issues; after identifying internal problems and concerns, you report them to the relevant department or parties. You deliver detailed reports that can assist management and teams in finding solutions.
- Recommend solutions; following your research and evaluation, you advise management on defining and improving KPIs. You can also consider restructuring the number or type of KPIs.
- Collaborate with the team; as an Operations Analyst, you can make a real impact by working with others. Whether you're a leader or a team member, you work alongside other analysts, the operational excellence team, and colleagues from various departments. Ultimately, you work together towards a common goal: taking the company to the next level!

Wie ben je?
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Data (Science), Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or Technical Business Administration.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: data analysis within Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Quality.
- Experience with forecasting, working in a complex data environment, and performing data analysis.
- Knowledge of software services such as Power BI, Microsoft Azure, and SAP is required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (pivot tables and macros) is a must.
- Proven experience in improving internal processes and translating improvement points within the organization into concrete actions.

- A competitive base salary ranging from EUR 3,928.92 to EUR 5,063.00 gross per month on a full-time basis (40 hours per week).
