Wat ga je doen?
You will be part of a dynamic environment, your working day is never boring or the same. You will deal with various interests (customer and organization), have different responsibilities (customer service, planning & transport, and customs).
Your tasks include:
- Being the contact person for the customer regarding specific operational questions and problems.
- Monitoring the progress and handling of exeptional services and products.
- Managing the administrative handling of customer service-related inquiries, such as customer requests and complaints.
- Responsible for the correct handling, both administratively and communicatively, of (customs) documentation for shipments.
- Prioritizing and releasing orders in the system based on priority and date.
- Collaborating closely with your colleagues in the warehouse.
Waar ga je werken?
The location in Holtum covers a total area of approximately 40,000 m2 and falls under the Business Unit Retail, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
DHL is a leading logistics service provider worldwide. The team consists of a diverse group of employees, both temporary and permanent employees.
The warehouse in Holtum serves various customers. Due to the limited accessibility by public transport, your own transport is necessary. The location is easily accessible from Sittard-Geleen, Heerlen, Weert, Landgraaf, Brunssum and Roermond.
Your colleagues speak the Dutch and/or the English language. You report to the Customer Service Manager and do not manage any staff by yourself.
Wie ben je?
- A background and passion to grow in Customer Service;
- Available fulltime in dayshift from monday till fridag (08:00 AM - 16:30 PM);
- You can work independently and know how to set priorities;
- Strong communication level in English.
Wat mag je verwachten?
- The gross hourly wage is between €13,68 and €15,58, depending on the experience you allready have;
- You get 10% holiday hours.
- You will also receive 8% holiday pay.
- Building up Pension from your first working day on.
- You can receive a maximum of €9.30 per day in travel expenses (for a single journey of 20 kilometers).
- You receive a contract by Olympia.
