Line Operator Fruit

Wat ga je doen?

As a Line Operator, you are the one who ensures that everything runs smoothly on the packaging line. You properly set up the machines, distribute tasks among your colleagues, and keep an eye on things to ensure the process goes smoothly. A malfunction? No panic. You solve it before it becomes a real problem. You regularly communicate with quality controllers and the technical service to ensure that quality is always top-notch. It's a varied job: one day you’re setting up the machines, the next day you’re troubleshooting or helping colleagues with questions. You make sure customers get exactly what they expect: neatly packaged blueberries without any hassle. Together with your team, you ensure that everything is ready at the end of the day so everyone can go home feeling good.

  • Setting up and operating the packaging machines.
  • Taking responsibility for task distribution within your team.
  • Troubleshooting issues with the line and machines.
  • Checking compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Consulting with quality controllers about packaging standards.
  • Reporting deviations and problems to the team leader.
  • Ensuring a smooth transition between different shifts.

You are not only working with your team but also regularly communicate with the technical service and other departments. Your goal? To ensure that the packaging line runs without disruptions and that the quality of the products is top-notch.

The working hours are in staggered day shifts. One week you start at 06:00, and the next week at 11:30 (13:30 during busy periods). If you work the early shift, you will also work Saturday mornings from 06:00 to 15:00.
