Wat ga je doen?

  • For a client in Maarheeze we are looking for enthusiastic production employees who want to participate in the production of acoustic panels. As a production employee you participate in the production of acoustic panels that ensure a quiet and pleasant living and working environment. You operate machines, keep the production process running smoothly and perform quality controls. You work closely with colleagues in a team that focuses on efficiency and quality. Your team consists of 7 colleagues who speak Dutch, English or German, you work in day shifts from 7:00 to 16:00 with an hour break. This concerns somewhat more physical work because you are constantly lugging panels that weigh approximately 12 kilos per square meter.

Your work looks like this:

  • Sawing the panels to size, you do this with a set automatic saw;
  • Gluing the panels together to the insulation material;
  • Checking whether everything is neatly finished and then packing the product so that it is ready for shipment.

This is a company that specializes in the production of sustainable, environmentally friendly acoustic panels. Our products are used worldwide in offices, schools and other buildings where good acoustics are essential. Innovation and sustainability are central to us. Our location in Maarheeze has a collegial and informal atmosphere, in which everyone is given the opportunity to develop and contribute to the success of the company.

There are almost 30 people working here, 7 of whom are in production, so a small, close-knit team. The location is easily accessible from: Weert, Veldhoven, Eindhoven, Helmond and Valkenswaard.

Wie ben je?

  • You are proficient in Dutch, English or German so that you can communicate well on the work floor;
  • You are available 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday;
  • You are physically fit to carry out the work.

  • A market-conform salary between €2300 and €2450 depending on knowledge and experience;
