Productie medewerker
Wat ga je doen?
For a client in Maarheeze we are looking for motivated production employees who want to participate in the production of acoustic panels. These panels contribute to a quiet and pleasant living and working environment. As a production employee you operate machines, keep the production process running smoothly, and perform quality controls. You work in a team of seven colleagues, who speak Dutch, English or German, and you have a day shift from 7:00 to 16:00 with an hour break. The work can be physically demanding, because you constantly move panels of approximately 12 kilos per square meter.
Your work includes:
- Cutting panels to size with an automatic saw;
- Checking for finishing, after which you pack the product and make it ready for shipping;
- Gluing panels with insulation material.
The company specializes in sustainable and environmentally friendly acoustic panels, which are used worldwide in offices, schools and other spaces where acoustics are important. Our office is located in Maarheeze, a strategically positioned site with easy access to nearby cities such as Weert, Veldhoven, Eindhoven, Helmond, and Valkenswaard. In a collaborative and informal work environment, our employees are encouraged to develop their skills and pursue their professional goals. With a small but committed team of almost 30 employees—7 of whom work in production—we work closely to ensure the high quality of our products and contribute to the company’s ongoing success.
Wie ben je?
- You have a good command of Dutch, English or German, so that you can communicate effectively in the workplace;
- You are physically fit to perform the work;
- You are available 32 to 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. of our company.
Wat mag je verwachten?
- A suitable salary between €2300 and €2450, depending on your knowledge and experience;
- 28 vacation days per year;
- Working in a pleasant, informal team within a close-knit family organization;
- A direct employment contract with the client;
