Wat ga je doen?

Do you want to be part of a dynamic team in logistics, responsible for one of the biggest retail brands in the Netherlands and Belgium? Then this might be the job for you!

In this job, you work as an order picker and can work either part-time or full-time. You collect the orders using a pumptruck and a headset. This way, you build your pallet and ensure that the stores receive the correct quantities and items. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the stores get their deliveries on time and are well-stocked.

You work carefully and precisely, can do basic math, and are physically fit to lift light and heavy boxes. You build with odd shapes, which you see as a challenge! People also describe the work as calming because you mostly work independently.

Since the beginning of this year, 23 flex workers have been hired by the company, and some workers have moved up to positions like EPT and reach truck.

Waar ga je werken?

You will be working at AS Watson in Oosterhout. AS Watson includes different store chains like Kruidvat, Trekpleister, and ICI Paris XL. From our location in Oosterhout, we supply all the Kruidvat stores in Belgium. We find the development and growth of our staff very important, and you will see this in your daily tasks.

You will work in an international team where the working language is English.

The warehouse is easily accessible from: Tilburg, Breda, Dordrecht, and Etten-Leur.

Wie ben je?

• You live in the Netherlands and have your own accommodation. We do not provide accommodation and work visa.
• You have your own transportation, because we are hard to reach by public transport due to our working hours.
• Accuracy, proactivity, and being a good team player.
• Physical fitness, as the job involves lifting and walking during work.
• Flexibility in working hours from Monday to Saturday, as we work in shifts (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-00:00).

Wat mag je verwachten?

• From age 21, a gross hourly wage of €14,74 (including ADV allowance up to 35 hours per week).
• From Monday to Friday between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, you receive a 25% shift allowance, which is a gross €18,16 including ADV (ploegentoeslag).
• On Saturdays between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM, you receive a 30% shift allowance, which is a gross €18,85 including ADV.
• Travel allowance of €0.19 per kilometer, starting from 10 kilometers (kilometervergoeding).
• Pension scheme from the first working day (pensioenregeling).
• Possibility of a contract with AS Watson.
• Free parking at the door (parkeergelegenheden).
• Fresh fruit and free coffee and tea.
