Wat ga je doen?

As an Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our advanced installations and processes such as digestion, water treatment, and gas processing. You will play an important role in managing raw materials and auxiliaries, ensuring everything meets the highest quality standards.

• Collaborating on improvements in quality, safety, and the environment.
• Ensuring optimal stock of raw materials and auxiliaries.
• Monitoring and optimizing digestion, water treatment, and gas processing.
• Checking the quality of waste and end products.
• Organizing and supervising unloading and loading operations.
• Resolving technical malfunctions and independently handling on-call shifts.
• Performing preventive maintenance and reporting defects.
• Monitoring installations and making adjustments for better performance.
• Contributing to a safe working environment by preparing work permits and ensuring compliance.
• Supervising external parties during their work.

You will work in a dynamic two-shift schedule:

• Morning: 05:00 – 15:00
• Evening: 15:00 – 01:00
  Additional flexibility: Two Saturdays per month, you will work from 06:00 to 12:00.

Wie ben je?

• MBO level of working and thinking.
• Interest in technology and experience with machines.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Full-time availability for a two-shift schedule.
• Preferably a VCA and forklift certificate (not a must).
• Willingness to work two Saturdays per month.
