As part of this position, you’ll oversee the company’s freight and inventory while handling a variety of warehouse tasks. These tasks include loading and unloading delivery vehicles, organizing and storing products, and accurately picking and packing customer orders. In essence, it’s a dynamic and varied warehouse role.

We’re looking for someone proactive and capable of taking initiative, with a strong commitment to workplace health and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform equipment checks before each shift.
  • Transport goods to and from vehicles and warehouse racks using hand tools or a forklift, ensuring pallets are correctly labeled and stored.
  • Process incoming deliveries, verify items against documentation, and notify the Warehouse Team Manager of any issues.
  • Precisely pick and pack orders for customers.
  • Carry out stock checks with exceptional accuracy.

The location is conveniently reachable by car from nearby areas such as Eindhoven, Mierlo, Heeze, Nuenen, Helmond, Aalst, Waalre, Leende, Son, Breugel, and Valkenswaard. For those using public transportation, there’s a bus stop just a 10-minute walk away.

Wie ben je?

  • Full-time availability.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks.
  • A forklift truck license is an advantage.
  • Proactive and self-motivated work attitude.
  • Willingness to collaborate within a small team.
  • Able to speak English

Wat mag je verwachten?

Primary Employment Conditions:

  • Gross monthly salary of €2,900 based on a 40-hour workweek.
  • A probationary period of 2 months, followed by a permanent contract.
  • Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.
  • An 8% holiday allowance.

Secondary Employment Conditions:

  • A 30-minute lunch break.
  • A 5% pension contribution.
  • 24 days of annual leave plus Dutch public holidays.
  • Provision of workwear and protective footwear.
  • Two company-sponsored lunches annually.
  • An annual dinner with the Managing Director of Tinware Direct.
  • Opportunity to obtain a Forklift Truck license.
