Are you ready for a varied and challenging role in a dynamic work environment? Schneider Helmond, located near Eindhoven, is looking for an energetic and precise Administrative Employee in Transport to strengthen our planning team. You are available for shifts between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM and are eager to get started!

What will you do?

As the face of our transport desk, you will welcome drivers from all over Europe who come to load or unload for Schneider Electronics. With your excellent communication skills and knowledge of the English language, you will guide them through our process smoothly.

  • You will explain safety regulations and direct drivers to the correct docks.
  • You will communicate with warehouse staff regarding loading and unloading procedures.
  • In addition to customer contact, you will perform various administrative tasks:
  • Processing waybills and emails.
  • Keeping track of loading and inventory records.
  • Handling paperwork related to transport and warehouse activities.

What do you bring to the table?

At Schneider Electric, we’re looking for a colleague who’s not just great at administration but also willing to go the extra mile to ensure processes run smoothly. Are you communicative, precise, and solution-oriented? Then you might be the team member we need!

What do we expect from you?

  • Education & level of thinking: You have at least an MBO level of education.
  • Availability: You are available full-time within our working hours from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Digital skills: You have experience with Microsoft Office and are familiar with logistics management systems.
  • Language skills: You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. Knowledge of German or another European language is a plus!
  • Initiative: You enjoy solving problems and helping others move forward.

At Schneider Electric, you’ll not only enjoy an exciting role but also an attractive benefits package:

  • Salary: A gross monthly salary of €2,900, excluding allowances and holiday pay.
  • Travel reimbursement: We reimburse travel expenses from 5 km onward, so you can get to work without worry.
  • Bonus: You will receive a quarterly bonus based on the performance and teamwork you deliver alongside your colleagues.
  • Contract and career growth: You’ll start with a direct contract at Schneider Electric, with the possibility of a permanent contract based on performance.

What can you expect from Olympia?

Because Olympia is present on-site, you’ll receive personal guidance and attention. Your Olympia contact person knows you personally, so you’re never just a number to us!

  • Holiday hours: In addition to your salary, you’ll accumulate holiday hours that total more than 10% of your income. You can take these hours in agreement with Schneider Electric.
  • Holiday pay and holiday allowance: You’ll receive 8% holiday pay and a holiday allowance according to the collective labor agreement (CAO).
  • Pension plan: After your first day of work, you’ll be included in the pension scheme, with Olympia covering the base premium for you.
