Wat ga je doen?
As a fulltime production worker at Luiten in Zoetermeer, you will create delicious meat products for the whole Netherlands. You will work in a friendly and diverse team within this family-owned company.
Your day starts by putting on your working clothes. Then, you will get to work in one of the departments. You will operate and monitor machines during the production process. You will also assist with marinating and roasting the products. Everything you do, you do with care and attention.
Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that the products are properly packaged and ready for shipment. You will also maintain a clean and safe working environment so that everyone can work efficiently and comfortably.
You work from Monday until Friday, starting between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM, with an 8-hour workday. You will work between 32 and 40 hours per week in total.

You’ll be joining Luiten in Zoetermeer, one of the largest meat suppliers in the Netherlands. This family-owned company truly values its employees. What you bring:
- You speak either Dutch or English, which enables you to communicate effectively with your colleagues and follow work instructions.
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week, so you can become a valuable part of the team and understands the production processes.
- Do you have previous experience in production? That’s a bonus! But don’t worry if not, we’re excited to teach you everything you need to know.
