Wat ga je doen?

As an OTM/Warehouse Planner at DHL Supply Chain, located near Venlo, Helmond, Weert, Venray, and Peel & Maas, you are responsible for monitoring daily KPIs and advising the Team Leader on planning and volumes. You maintain processes in your department and ensure the highest quality and improvement. Are you solution-oriented and eager to join this friendly team? Then this is your opportunity. Within the operational team, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Leader in good resource planning and improving order processing processes.

Here's what you'll do:

• Provide advice on resource planning to the Team Leader


• Monitor operational KPIs


• Provide feedback on operational progress (risks/volumes)


• Delegate tasks according to the agreed plan


• Ensure process quality and take actions for improvement


• Work with IT on problem tickets


• Maintain communication with internal and external teams


• Plan operational daily workload

• A Fulltime position for 40 hours per week
• Shift work: working hours between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM
