Wat ga je doen?


As a Procurement Associate / Receptionist, you will be the linchpin of our Local Buyer Team in Nijmegen. You ensure that orders are placed on time and processed accurately. Additionally, you are the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. Your hospitable reception and customer-friendly attitude make all the difference!


A typical day begins with checking incoming orders and updating the administration. Throughout the day, you welcome visitors and ensure a tidy and organized reception area. You handle incoming phone calls and process correspondence. Flexibility is required here, as no two days are the same.

Wie ben je?

  • MBO working and thinking level
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Experience with MS Office, experience with OneCloud is a plus
  • Excellent communication and social skills in both Dutch and English
  • Representative, orderly, and customer-oriented
  • Planning and organizational skills, accurate and systematic work

  • Salary between €2446.44 and €3088.98
  • Workweek of 40 hours Fulltime or 32 hours Parttime ( Fulltime / parttime)
