What will you do?

As a Transport Administrative desk employee, you will be the point of contact for drivers from all over Europe, ensuring a smooth loading and unloading process.

Your main tasks:

• Welcoming and assisting drivers, including providing instructions and safety regulations.

• Coordinating loading and unloading procedures with warehouse staff.

• Processing freight documents and administrative records.

• Handling the necessary paperwork for transport and warehouse operations.

Wie ben je?

We are looking for a true team player who is solution-oriented and proactive. Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• Education & skills: Minimum MBO level with great attention to detail.

• Availability: Fulltime availability between 6:00 and 18:00, with flexible working hours.

• Digital skills: Experience with Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.

• Languages: Good command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of German or another European language is a plus!

• are you living near Venray, Weert, or Veldhoven, then it is easy to reach us. Also by public transport!

• Proactive & problem-solving mindset: You take initiative and ensure smooth operations.
