As an Outbound Logistics Employee in Bleiswijk, you will play a crucial role in our logistics process. Your responsibility is to ensure smooth dispatch and optimize logistics operations. You'll work closely with drivers and colleagues, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.


A typical day includes physically consolidating containers, creating shipment labels, and entering data into the carrier portal. You will communicate both in Dutch and English to ensure everyone is well-informed. Ensuring driver safety on-site is a top priority, and you will play a key role in identifying and addressing bottlenecks in the process.

Wie ben je?

  • you have to speak English 
  • be physically fit.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience or more
  • Starter, Junior, Medior, or Senior level
  • Detail-oriented, decisive, assertive, and result-oriented
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Proficiency in Office Excel
  • Transport certificates like Forklift Certificate and VCA
  • VMBO, HAVO, VWO, MBO, HBO, WO working and thinking level
