Wat ga je doen?

As a production employee in Lieshout, you will work in a dynamic environment where you support production for a well-known brand alongside your colleagues. This role is ideal if you’re looking for flexible work, and the great part is: experience is not required!

In your role as a production employee, you will be involved in sorting and inspecting defective bottles or replenishing machines with cap rolls. Additionally, you will assist operators with their tasks and perform cleaning duties.

Production at Bavaria takes place both during the day and at night, meaning you will work in three different shifts from Monday to Friday.

The working hours are:

• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00
• Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Flexibility is important, as you may be scheduled for different shifts.

You enter the Bavaria Bottling Plant, located in Lieshout, North Brabant, an essential part of the royal Swinkels family business, which has been excelling in brewing craftsmanship for generations. Here, an impressive fleet of machines runs at full capacity, bottling and packaging tens of thousands of cans and bottles every day.

The Bottling Plant is conveniently located and easily accessible from cities like Helmond, Eindhoven, Veghel, and Uden, making it an attractive workplace for people from the region.

Due to the early start times in the shift work (for example, starting at 6:00 AM), it is unfortunately not possible to travel by public transport. Therefore, personal transportation is necessary. Fortunately, there are plenty of parking options available for both bicycles and cars.

• You are flexible and can work at different times;

Wat mag je verwachten?

• A good salary of €15.95 gross per hour, including ADV allowance and year-end bonus.
• A shift allowance of 150% between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
