Wat ga je doen?
For the Bottelarij at Bavaria we are looking for machine operators to join one of the teams. You will be working full-time in one of the 3 shifts.
Working at Bavaria as an Operator means that you are part of the entire production process. Together with your colleagues you make sure the production runs as smoothly as possible. You start your working day with a shift review, which means you have a conversation with the colleague of the shift before you about important things you need to know before your shift starts.
You will have a varied job at Bavaria with the common tasks:
- Providing machines with packaging material;
- When a new product starts running, you change the lines;
- You will solve small malfunctions that occur frequently;
- After a while you can also solve major malfunctions;
- Maintenance of the production line;
Because the production runs 24/7 we are looking for Operators who want to work in three shifts.
The working hours are from Monday to Friday:
06:00 to 14:00 hr
14:00 to 22:00 hr
22:00 to 06:00 hr
Between 18:00 and 06:00 hr you will receive a shift bonus of 50% this means that you will then earn €23,92 per hour.
Waar ga je werken?
You will be working at a family business called Swinkels Family Brewers at the Brewery's bottling plant. With state-of-the-art machinery and the latest production techniques, they make beers and ensure that soft drinks are bottled in cans, bottles and cans .As an employee of Bavaria, it is important that you feel at home.
You will receive a warm welcome and they will tell you all about the history of the family and their organization, and of course you will taste some beers every now and then together with your colleagues! The Bavaria headquarters is located in Lieshout which is easily accessible with free parking. If you live near Helmond, Lieshout, Eindhoven or Veldhoven we are looking for you.
Wie ben je?
- Willingness to work 3 shifts;
- You are flexible and can work at different times;
- Technical understanding;
- Proficient in the Dutch or English language.
Wat mag je verwachten?
- A good salary of €15.95 gross per hour including ADV allowance and End of Year allowance;

- Shift allowance of 150% between 18:00-06:00;
