Wat ga je doen?

As a Production/Assembly Worker at Schneider Electric in Helmond, you will be part of the Rack Assembly department, working alongside a team of approximately 10 colleagues to assemble server racks. The work is physically demanding, requiring repetitive tasks and a fast pace, but with your dedication and teamwork, you will contribute to delivering a high-quality final product.

You will work in day shifts, starting at 6:00 AM with a short team meeting. During this meeting, you will review the previous day's performance, discuss any special notes, and go over important safety points. After that, you and your colleagues will get to work.

Since the job involves physical effort, you will rotate workstations every two hours, allowing you to collaborate with different team members while completing various tasks.
