DigiKey is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service agent to assist our Dutch and English-speaking customers. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the key to a seamless customer experience helping with orders, answering inquiries, and providing top-notch after-sales support. Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Agent:
- Handle inbound calls and emails from Dutch and English-speaking customers.
- Costumer Care.
- Assist customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries.
- Provide effective solutions for after-sales support and resolve customer concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

Wie ben je?
Fluency in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Strong communication with excellent problemsolving skills.
Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail.
Based in or near Enschede, Hengelo, Almelo, Haaksbergen or surrounding areas;
Availability partime or fulltime to work 32-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
