Wave Planner - DHL Supply Chain

Wat ga je doen?

As a Wave Planner, you play a key role in ensuring timely and efficient order dispatching. 
You’ll work closely with Key Users and Team Leaders, monitoring warehouse operations, identifying improvements, and keeping communication streamlined.

🔹 Your Responsibilities:  

• Oversee the Outbound flow, including picking and shipping.  

• Monitor warehouse activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.  

• Ensure process quality and continuous improvement.  

• Maintain internal and external contact with customers.  

• Prioritize and schedule orders based on urgency and release dates.  

• Prepare reports and track performance metrics.  
  
  

📅 Full-time position – 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).  
🕒 Flexibility with occasional weekend work may be required.

⏳ Two-shift rotation:   

• Early shift: 06:00 – 15:00 (one week).  

• Late shift: 15:00 – 00:00 (next week).

✅ Experience in logistics and warehouse operations.  

✅ Previous experience in a similar role.
