Machine Operator

Wat ga je doen?

For our client, Brewery Bavaria, we are looking for machine operators who want to work in 3 shifts. Do you have experience in production or logistics and are you ready for a new challenge? Or do you have no experience but are you willing to learn the trade? Then we would like to get in touch with you!

As a machine operator in the Bavaria bottling plant, you start your shift with a meeting with your colleagues and team leaders to discuss current issues such as malfunctions, orders and open work. You will then go to your workplace and have a varied day.

You will be responsible for:

• Solving malfunctions;
• Regularly, with colleagues, rebuilding the machines;
• Performing maintenance;
• Replenishing cardboard and plastic;
• Performing quality checks;
• And, of course, cleaning work is also part of the job.

If you come to work in the Bavaria bottling plant, you will be well trained by your team leader and the instructors. Almost every workplace has an induction period of 4 weeks during which you will be familiarized with the bottling plant and its machines.

The working hours in the Bottling Plant are:

• Early shift from 06.00 - 14.00h
• Late shift from 14.00 - 22.00h
• Night shift from 22.00 - 06.00h

Royal Swinkels is a large family business that brews multiple brands of beer. They have been doing this for more than 300 years with enormous pleasure and success. The Bavaria Brewery's bottling plant consists of a large, ultramodern machine park that bottles approximately 95,000 cans and/or bottles per hour.

You will join a nice team consisting of different nationalities so that both Dutch and English is spoken.

The Bottling Plant is located in Lieshout, a small village within easy reach by car from Eindhoven, Helmond, Veghel and Uden.

Wie ben je?

• You are full-time available to work in a 3-shift system;
• You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language, both verbally and in writing;
• You have experience in production or are willing to learn all the tricks of the trade;
• You preferably do not have any vacations planned during the summer period.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• A starting salary of €15,95 gross per hour including ADV surcharge, with a salary increase after 26 weeks of work;
• Travel expenses reimbursement up to a maximum of 50 kilometers one way;
• Shift bonus between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. á 150%;
• Accrual of 8% vacation
• Bavaria work clothes;
• Weekly payment by Olympia.
